Freshly Baked in Small Batches

At Crenellation Cookies, we don't do mass production. Every single batch of our thick-cut cookies and brownies is baked fresh to order.

Our dispatch schedule

We dispatch orders via Royal Mail or Parcelforce twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.

• Order by 2pm Monday for Tuesday dispatch.
• Order by 2pm Thursday for Friday dispatch.

Orders placed after a cut-off will be scheduled for the next dispatch day. All cut-off times are UK time.

Dispatch is the day your cookies leave us. Delivery times depend on the postal service used.

Receiving your cookies

If you want a fully fresh baked taste we recommend popping the cookies or brownies in the microwave for 20 seconds or so to warm them through and melt the chocolate chunks. Be careful - they may be hot!

Bakes will last up to 5 days in an airtight container. They can be frozen for 1 month and defrosted at room temperature.
