Shipping policy

Delivery areas and charges

We offer postal delivery within the United Kingdom. Delivery costs £4.99 per order and is free for orders of £30 or more, excluding delivery charges. Available delivery options and the final charge are shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch schedule

Our cookies and brownies are baked fresh to order. We dispatch twice weekly, on Tuesdays and Fridays, using Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

Order by 2pm Monday for Tuesday dispatch, or by 2pm Thursday for Friday dispatch. Orders placed after these cut-offs will be scheduled for the next dispatch day. All cut-off times are UK time.

Delivery timings

Dispatch day is the day your order leaves us, not the day it arrives. Delivery time depends on the postal service used. Any delivery estimate provided is an estimate unless expressly described as guaranteed.

Bank holidays or exceptional circumstances may affect our usual schedule. If your order is affected by a significant delay, we’ll contact you.

Delivery details

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, contact hello@crenellationcookies.co.uk as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your order hasn’t arrived when expected, or arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact hello@crenellationcookies.co.uk with your order number. Where possible, include photographs of damaged products and packaging. We’ll investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution in line with your statutory rights and our refund policy.

Freshness and storage

Please unpack your bakes promptly on arrival and follow the storage guidance on our Delivery page or supplied with your order.
